  1. Giving Badaly a run for his money.

  2. Just horrific in nearly every single way. The front of the building looks like what you’d expect the back of the building to look like. The third world architecture still routinely seen in this city hurts the soul.

  3. Wtf is this? Double hung windows in 2023? Looks so cheap. Look if this rented for $1300, I wouldn’t complain

  4. 3 lousy apartments in a piece of crap building.
This isn’t affordable housing but INCOME LINKED housing and only affordable to upper middle income and upper income people.
This is a joke and a NYS taxpayer subsidy to millionaire developers.
    421A is dead.

All I have to say is this the City of New York as failed low income residents homelessness will intensified if this continue. I stop applying for low income apartments.

  6. Dear Paul Lombardi of
    Design Studio Associates NY Inc.,
What exactly did you do to earn your fee?
How many hours did you expend?
Does your Creation give you Pleasure and Delight?
    Sincerely yours,
    Eric Allan

  7. Does anyone care about the
    Structural Integrity
    of all these New Buildings?
As you know, the Developer’s Engineers Certify the Structural Integrity for the buildings
Not DOB. This is called Self-Certifcation.
Perhaps our DOB Engineers would do an even worse job.
