Construction is nearly complete on 1100 South 5th Street, a new rental building in Harrison, New Jersey. From developer Advance Realty, the property will debut as The Wyldes and contain 399 rental apartments and 70,000 square feet of amenities.
Available homes include loft-style apartments with 13-foot ceiling spans and dark hardwood flooring, and standard-sized apartments with 10-foot ceiling spans and whitewashed wood flooring. All of the units include a washer and dryer, smart lock keyless home entry, and kitchens with quartz countertops.
Most of the apartments also offer private balconies. Larger terraces are available to select courtyard units.

Tenant amenities include multiple lounges, a package room for general items and cold storage, a bike room, a fitness center, a demonstration kitchen, coworking spaces, a pet spa, a game room, and a library. Residents will also enjoy a roof deck with barbecues and dining spaces. The building’s courtyard offers additional lounge and barbecue areas, an infinity pool with in-water lounge chairs, fire pits, and a screening area.
