Blue Communities, a Long Island-based developer, has broken ground on a new rental property at 101 Searing Avenue in Mineola, Long Island. Designed by BLD Architecture, the six-story property will debut as The Royal Blue and comprise more than 100,000 square feet of residential area. Residential floor plans will range from one to two-bedrooms averaging 875 square feet to more than 1,400 square feet. Each home will feature name-brand finishes and appliances.
Amenities will include an open-air roof deck with a Jacuzzi, a fitness center with a sauna and steam room, a pet spa, a communal lounge, and coworking space.

The building is expected to debut by the end of next year.
