Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1048 Flushing Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Knickerbocker Avenue and Wilson Avenue, the lot is near the Morgan Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Rotem Moyal is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 6,862 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 857 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and mezzanine, but no accessory parking.
Asher Hershkowitz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Glad that it has no parking. I’m tired of so much parking being included right next to the subway.
Yes yes i like it. Thank you
