Permits have been filed to expand a three-story structure into a four-story mixed-use building at 141 Meserole Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Avenue of Puerto Rico and Manhattan Avenue, the lot is near the Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the M and J trains. Yaniv Garbo under the Moore Residence LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 7,249 square feet, with 5,483 square feet designated for residential space and 1,766 square feet for community facility space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 685 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 40-foot-long rear yard.
360 Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the permit calls for a vertical expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
