Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 38-16 Crescent Street in Long Island City, Queens. Located between 38th and 39th Avenues, the lot is near the 39 Avenue-Dutch Kills subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Jay Lay of 3818 Crescent Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 14,856 square feet, with an undisclosed square footage designated for residential space and for commercial office space. The building will have 13 residences, as well as a rooftop terrace on the third floor. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 36-foot-long rear yard, and eight open parking spaces.
Gwo-Shenq Wey of Archwey Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
