Anthony Roussos of Renaissance 1 Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 54,815 square feet, with 46,898 square feet designated for residential space, 7,603 square feet for commercial space, and 314 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 69 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 679 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 17 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

The address doesn’t make sense 25-05 35th Street should be 35th street and around Astoria Blvd (25 – either Astoria Blvd or Hoyt Avenue). How is it ending up on Borden Avenue…google it and the address becomes 51-25 35th Street which makes much more sense.
