Located between Gale Avenue and Bradley Avenue, the lot is closest to the 33rd Street–Rawson Street subway station, served by the 7 train. Anthony Roussos of Renaissance 1 Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 54,815 square feet, with 46,898 square feet designated for residential space, 7,603 square feet for commercial space, and 314 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 69 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 679 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 17 enclosed parking spaces.
Gerald J. Caliendo Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
