Permits for the property approved by the New York City Department of Buildings May 2021 and list 151 Newel LLC as owner and developer. Prior to construction, the site supported a three-story townhouse.

Available homes range from 1,300 to 1,988 square feet and were designed as open floorplan living spaces. Each unit features private outdoor space, ample closet room, a cocktail bar, large bathrooms, name-brand fixtures and appliances, and in-unit laundry machines.
There is also a communal roof terrace for all owners to enjoy.

The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex garden unit also offers a private backyard patio complete with a jacuzzi and surround sound speakers, a barbecue grill, and a second cocktail bar.
The duplex unit is priced at $2.45 million, while the other units begin around $1.95 million. Sales launched earlier this month.
