Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 2177 60th Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Located between 21st Avenue and Bay Parkway, the lot is near the Avenue N subway station, serviced by the F train. David Weisz under the SUW 4 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 83-foot-tall development will yield 45,100 square feet, with 35,596 square feet designated for residential space, 5,148 square feet for commercial space, and 4,356 square feet of community facility space. The building will have 44 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 809 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 25 enclosed parking spaces.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
