Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 458 St. Marks Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Classon and Grand Avenues, the interior lot is a short walk to the Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, and 4 trains. Steven Hurwitz of Nostrand Land LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 20,232 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,064 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 40-foot-long rear yard, and ten enclosed parking spaces.

IMC Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
