Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 301 Stockholm Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Wyckoff Avenue, the lot is one block from the DeKalb Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Xiao Yong Lin of Global Team NY Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 5,499 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 687 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 32-foot-long rear yard.
SH Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in December 2022 for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
