Designed by Studio V Architecture and developed by LCOR, the two-tower complex will span 470,000 square feet and yield 461 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 139 units for residents at 80 and 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $60,069 to $198,250.

The amenity collection includes concierge, package lockers, children’s playroom, coworking lounge, communal outdoor balcony seating, outdoor courtyard with grilling stations, game room, loft lounge, media library, basketball and handball court, and exercise room. Residents are responsible for electricity, which includes stove and heat.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are 86 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,640 for incomes ranging from $60,069 to $101,680, and seven two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,945 for incomes ranging from $71,520 to $122,000.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 43 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,552 for incomes ranging from $87,498 to $165,230, and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,013 for incomes ranging from $103,303 to $198,250.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 20, 2024.
