The affordable housing lottery has launched for 63-16 102nd Street, a three-story mixed-use building in Rego Park, Queens. Designed by John C. Chen Architect and developed by Regina Zhou under Rego Park Partner LLC, the structure yields 11 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $72,000 to $198,250.
Amenities include pet policies, assigned parking spaces, elevator, and green space. Residences come with washers and dryers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, smart controls for heating and cooling, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,100 for incomes ranging from $72,000 to $165,230; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,500 for incomes ranging from $85,715 to $198,250.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 2, 2024.
