The affordable housing lottery has launched for 61 Delmonico Place, a four-story residential building in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Joel Jakobowitz, the structure yields eight residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $107,178 to $165,230.
Amenities include bike storage lockers, package lockers, virtual doorman, a shared laundry room, gym with a yoga/dance studio, recreation room, and a rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with patios or balconies, hardwood floors, energy-efficient appliances, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes electric stove and heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,126 for incomes ranging from $107,178 to $165,230.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 1, 2024.
