The affordable housing lottery has launched for 763 Park Avenue, a four-story residential building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Joel Jakobowitz, the structure yields eight residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $127,989 to $198,250.

Amenities include bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, recreation room, rooftop terrace, package lockers, virtual doorman, an on-site resident manager, storage, and gym with yoga and dance studio. Units come with washers and dryers, air conditioning, patios or balconies, hardwood floors, intercoms, charging outlets with USB ports, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,733 for incomes ranging from $127,989 to $198,250.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 4, 2024.
