Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 81-09 101st Avenue in Ozone Park, Queens. Located between 81st Street and 82nd Street, the interior lot is near the 80th Street subway station, served by the A train. AMAR 81-11 101 Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 19,103 square feet, with 18,472 square feet designated for residential space and 631 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 28 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 659 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 39-foot-long rear yard, and five open parking spaces.
Mohamed Saleh of Saleh and Associates LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last month for the two-story brick building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
