Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 141-05 32nd Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between 140th Street and Union Street, the lot is near the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Jiashu Xu of Grand Construction & Development Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 36,927 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 48 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 769 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 47 enclosed parking spaces.
Lu Ning Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not ben filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
