Developed by Bruman Realty and designed by J Frankl Associates, the structure yields 165 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 50 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $106,458 to $198,250.

Amenities include parking, bike storage lockers, package storage lockers, fitness center, yoga room/dance studio, recreation room, business center, children’s playroom, and a rooftop center. Residences come with air conditioning, dishwashers, hardwood floors, and balconies for select units. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are nine studios with a monthly rent of $3,105 for incomes ranging from $106,458 to $146,900; 22 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,317 for incomes ranging from $113,726 to $165,230; and 19 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,963 for incomes ranging from $135,875 to $198,250.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 20, 2024.
