42-61 Saull Street in Flushing, Queens via NYC Housing Connect

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 42-61 Saull Street, a six-story residential building in Flushing, Queens. Designed by Raymond Chan Architect and developed by Xiong Lin under the J&L 168 LLC, the structure yields 13 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,429 to $198,250.

Residences come equipped with dishwashers, air conditioning, high-speed internet, intercoms, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Amenities include bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, and elevator. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,200 for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $165,230, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,500 for incomes ranging from $85,715 to $198,250.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than April 11, 2024.
