Fields Grade and Ursa Development Group have announced the completion of construction on The Devan, a residential development at 3 New York Avenue in Jersey City‘s The Heights neighborhood. The project is situated between Jersey City and Hoboken and yields 336 rental units. Leasing has officially launched for the property and move-ins are set to begin on May 1.

The Devan was designed by Minno + Wasko Architects and Planners and features interiors designed by Factioned. Residences range from studios to three-bedroom units and feature plank flooring, kitchens equipped with Samsung appliances and Silestone countertops, and washer/dryer units. Select residences feature private terraces.
Residents of The Devan will have access to a variety of amenities. The property’s rooftop sky lounge includes a kitchen, rentable private rooms, and an outdoor space with views of the Manhattan skyline. Beyond that, the project features a fitness center, a children’s playroom, coworking spaces, and a residents’ lounge and library.

The property is situated a short walk from a variety of transit options, including the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, NJ Transit, and the PATH trains. A complimentary shuttle service to the Hoboken Terminal further enhances commuter convenience to New York City and neighboring areas.
The Devan is part of the revitalization of a once industrial area just west of the Holland Tunnel, now burgeoning with new residential, retail, and public space developments. It is located near Southwest Park in Hoboken, which features outdoor recreational spaces, along with a variety of bars and restaurants.
