Leasing has launched for One Domino Square, a 55-story residential building nearing completion at 5 South 5th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Selldorf Architects and developed by Two Trees Management, the tower is located on the Domino Sugar Factory site and yields 398 units in studio to three-bedroom layouts, with 120 designated for affordable housing. The property is bound by South 5th Street to the south, Kent Avenue to the east, and River Street to the west.

The renderings showcase views from the units, which feature oversized windows and in-unit laundry, as well as the appearance of the façade and its iridescent porcelain paneling designed by Selldorf Architects as an homage to the historic sugar refinery facility.

Residents will have access to an amenity collection spanning more than 45,000 square feet across five floors. Amenity spaces include a pool deck that overlooks Domino Park, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and coworking spaces.

  1. I see almost no lawn to lie or play on. Just concrete. Proper lawns and drainage will help when the inevitable floods arrive.
