369 Quentin Road in Gravesend, Brooklyn via NYC Housing Connect

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 369 Quentin Road, a nine-story residential building in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Designed by RSLN Architecture, MEP systems engineered by RAAD, and developed by Abeco Organization, the structure yields 40 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 14 units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $77,349 to $154,080.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, covered parking with assigned parking spaces, bike storage lockers, common area Wi-Fi, recreation room, gym, children’s playroom, rooftop terrace, elevator and an on-site resident manager. Residences come equipped with intercoms, air conditioning, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including hot water, and gas for stove and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 13 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,062 for incomes ranging from $77,349 to $134,160, and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,331 for incomes ranging from $79,920 to $154,080.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 26, 2024.
