A new residential development is underway at 217 West 123rd Street in Harlem, Manhattan. The ground-up construction project is owned by David Goldberger, who is leading development efforts. When complete, the multifamily building will stand eight stories and 80 feet tall.
The development, when complete, plans to yield 27 residential units and contain a a total square footage of 14,621 square feet. While the building will not include parking, residents will benefit from its close proximity to public transportation. The property will be situated just one block away from subway stations servicing the A, B, C, D trains, and will be two blocks from the 2 and 3 trains.
Plans have been approved for 217 West 123rd Street, and ground-up construction on the site is expected to begin shortly.
