Hendrix House Tops Outs at 250 East 25th Street in Kips Bay, Manhattan

Developer New Empire Corp recently celebrated the topping out of Hendrix House, a boutique condominium project at 250 East 25th Street in Manhattan’s Kips Bay neighborhood. Sales launched two months ago for the 12-story development featuring a mix of 60 studios, one-, and two-bedroom residences, and inventory has already reached the 50 percent sold milestone. DXA Studio is the architect of Hendrix House with resident spaces by interior designer Paris Forino. Sales and marketing is led by CORE Real Estate, with co-exclusive agent One Realty.

Residents have access to a wide range of amenities including a fitness center with a private yoga and dance studio, a wellness spa with a steam room and sauna, a lobby lounge with concierge, a landscaped courtyard, a co-working center, and rooftop terrace.

Condominium units have expansive windows and efficient layouts with home office space. Every home office is equipped with precision millwork, shelving system, and desk with soft close drawers and cord management. Kitchens feature marble countertops; backsplash and islands; Gaggenau gas cooktops and ovens; and integrated Thermador refrigerators and Bosch dishwashers. Primary baths have custom-built oak vanities with dual sink countertops, bianco sivec marble walls, and SoHo grey quartzite radiant-heated flooring. Secondary baths include silver light marble walls, Duravit toilet and soaking tub, and bianco sivec floors with adjustable radiant heat.

Hendrix House has also opened their sales gallery at the ground-floor level of the development.
