Permits have been filed for a four-story commercial building at 83 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue, the lot is near the Bedford Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Michael Weitman of Spearhead Contracting LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 88,680 square feet designated for commercial space. The building will have three rooftop terraces on the second, third, and fourth floors. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, three loading berths, and 164 enclosed parking spaces.
Archimaera Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
