Construction is complete on 601 Baltic Street, a ten-story residential building in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Designed, developed, and constructed by Grid Group, the 30,018-square-foot structure will yield 25 condominium units with an average scope of 906 square feet, as well as 1,654 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The property is situated at the corner of Baltic Street and Fourth Avenue.
All work has concluded since our last update in July 2022, when the reinforced concrete superstructure had recently topped out and the exterior was shrouded in scaffolding and black netting. Recent photos show the finished look of the earth-toned brick façade and grid of recessed floor-to-ceiling windows, which are surrounded by a system of vertical fins. The main entrance is located at the southwestern corner under a glass and metal canopy, and the ground-floor retail space remains available for lease.
Homes are fitted with wide-plank flooring, washers and dryers, individually controlled air conditioning in all rooms, and private storage included in the purchase price. Kitchens get fluted wood, satin gray cabinetry with white quartzite countertops, Flauti tile backsplashes, and an appliance package by Fisher Paykel and Miele. Primary and secondary baths feature Blanco Sivec and Thassos honed white marble, Carbonero and Native vanities and medicine cabinets, and Hansgrohe and Artos fixtures. Select residences at 601 Baltic include a private rooftop cabana for dining or lounging with skyline views.
Residential amenities at 601 Baltic Street include storage space, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace.
Nicole Hechter & Masayo Hashimoto of Corcoran New Development are the exclusive sales and marketing agents for the property.
The closest subways are the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, and W trains at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center Station, which is five blocks to the north by the intersection of Flatbush and Fourth Avenues.

Wow! The window frames, metalwork and ground floor base are so good, that I’ll overlook the barnacle on the backside.
Exquisite masonry.
That building looks far better than it has a right to. The brickwork and proportions are fantastic.
For such an immaculately designed and executed set of brick and metalwork, I wish more developers cared about the final design as much as these guys did. Wonderful job and lovely photos!
There is no need to have a sign announcing the room for sale, so worth booking and moving in: Thanks to Michael Young.
