Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 299 East 103rd Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Located at the northeast intersection of Second Avenue and East 103rd Street, the lot is also addressed as 2000 Second Avenue. The 103rd Street subway station is within walking distance, served by the 6 train. Aviv Ben Avi of AB+R Construction Corporation is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 64-foot-tall development will yield 10,448 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 17 units, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 614 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and penthouse.
Naresh Mahangu of NKM Engineering PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
