Developer Global Holdings has announced that Anagram Columbus Circle, a 26-story residential tower located at 1 West 60th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, has recently reached full occupancy. Designed by INC Architecture & Design, the 281-foot-tall structure yields 123 rental units and finished construction earlier this year. The property is located at the corner of Broadway and West 60th Street, just north of Columbus Circle and the southwest corner of Central Park.
Anagram’s apartments come in studio to four-bedroom configurations, along with three penthouses. The building features a modernist architectural style with floor-to-ceiling windows and charcoal-hued bands of brick that curve around its corners.
The property features 13,000 square feet of amenities spanning four floors, including a Central Park “kit room,” multi-sport simulator, teen lounge, library, and children’s playroom. The property’s showcase is its penthouse lounge and terrace rooftop, “The Top,” which features a catering kitchen, outdoor grill stations, sun loungers, and views of the park and Billionaires’ Row.
“Today’s residents are seeking a luxury living experience in the right location and are willing to pay for the best product on the market,” said Eyal Ofer, chairman of Global Holdings. “At Anagram Columbus Circle, we sought to deliver a luxurious lifestyle that checked all the boxes while making residents truly feel at home. Achieving this lease up after only a year on the market, and attracting people not only from across the country but around the world, proves what can happen when you set the bar high and exceed expectations.”

Nice, just should have been much taller.
The fact it filled up so fast means it was underbuilt and should have been much larger.
Exactly! Good for the building to fill up so quickly, but think of how much more potential this would’ve had with more floors. Screw the NIMBYs and their hatred for new tall towers
I agree with the above statements. should have been taller if filled up so fast. also, wish it was a bit more unique looking since its in such a prominent location in columbus circle.
I’m not hating the look of this building. But in that location they should have gone much taller.
I know many people here want every new building to be 100+ stories, but I believe this very nice design wouldn’t look as good fours times taller.
Taller means bigger shadow on the park, no thanks.
Wrong!!!
Even if this was twice the current height, it wouldn’t cast a shadow over Central Park. The whole shadow casting controversy over Central Park is a shortsighted BS argument by NIMBY’s to restrict new development and push the fear of dying greenery from the “lack of sunlight.” There’s 9-14 of sun through the year!!!
How does late afternoon sun kill trees, when they absorb most of the stronger sun rays in the morning and early afternoon?
“Go hang a salami—I’m a lasagna hog!”
Oh wait—that’s not an anagram…
Then it shows that this charcoal colored building with rounded corners, its standards higher than expected: Thanks.
