Permits have been filed for a five-story office building at 80 20th Street in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Third Avenue and the Gowanus Canal, the lot is closest to the Prospect Avenue subway station, served by the R train. John Porcek of Bridge Development Partners, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 218,259 square feet for manufacturing space. The concrete-based structure will also have a 20-foot-long rear yard, one commercial loading berth, and 90 enclosed parking spaces.

Damian Melo of Ware Malcomb is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
