Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 321 21st Street in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. Located between 6th and 7th Avenues, the lot is closest to the 25th Street subway station, served by the D, N, and R trains. Zhi Xiang Lin of LT Pro Construction Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 53-foot-tall development will yield 6,406 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 915 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 35-foot-long rear yard.
Ivan Shcherbakov is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
