Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 48 Stanhope Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Central Avenue and Evergreen Avenue, the lot is near the Central Avenue subway station, served by the M train. Amir Tamuz is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 7,224 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 903 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and 51-foot-long rear yard.

Wu Woody Chen of Infocus Design and Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in May 2024 for the residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
