New renderings have been revealed for AVE Hamilton Green, a two-tower residential development at 25 Cottage Place in White Plains. Developed in partnership between RXR and Korman Communities, the project consists of the 12-story 25 Cottage and the 26-story 5 Cottage, and will yield a total of 477 residential units. The property is located on the site of the former White Plains Mall.
Work is nearing completion on 25 Cottage, which contains 170 apartments in studio to three-bedroom layouts, including penthouses and live-work loft apartments. Residences range from approximately 475 to 1,500 square feet. The first move-ins are anticipated in early 2025. The taller building at 5 Cottage will yield 307 units and is expected to be finished in Q3 2025.
Amenities at AVE Hamilton Green will include a coworking space, a 24/7 fitness center, an indoor pool, and an outdoor terrace with lounge seating and grilling stations. In addition, it will offer residents a dog wash and indoor dog run. The development is located three blocks from the recently renovated White Plains Metro-North Train Station and one block from the central business district.
“AVE Hamilton Green represents more than just a residential development; it is part of an exciting full mixed-use masterplan including residential, office, and retail uses as well as a dynamic green space that will be accessible to the public,” said Joseph V. Graziose, executive vice president and head of construction and development, RXR. “All of this comes with the close-in, walkable proximity to a transit hub and the dynamic neighborhood retail.”
