Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 2716 Cortelyou Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 28th Street and Rogers Avenue, the lot is near the Beverly Road subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Yishaya Streicher under the 2811 Farragut LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 11,197 square feet, with 7,781 square feet designated for residential space and 3,415 square feet for community facility space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 778 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Asher Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
