Permits have been filed to expand two one-story commercial structures into four-story residential building at 105 and 107 Moore Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Humboldt Street and Graham Avenue, the lot is near the Flushing Avenue subway station, served by the J and M trains. Mendel Berkowitz is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 6,089 square feet at 105 Moore Street and 5,414 square feet at 107 Moore Street. 105 Moore Street will contain 5,463 square feet of residential space, 342 square feet of community facility space, and 283 square feet of commercial space. 107 Moore Street will feature 4,899 square feet designated for residential space, 264 square feet for commercial space, and 249 square feet for community facility space. The buildings will each have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet at 105 Moore Street and 612 square feet at 107 Moore Street. The masonry-based structures will also have cellars, penthouses, and rear yards.

Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the project calls for a vertical expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
