Located between East 205th Street and Van Cortlandt Avenue East, the lot is near the Mosholu Parkway subway station, served by the 4 train. A.L. Lowy is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 17,283 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 27 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 640 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a 35-foot-long rear yard but no accessory parking.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
