The affordable housing lottery has launched for 214-33 41st Avenue, a four-story mixed-use building in Bayside, Queens. Designed by Gerald Caliendo Architects and developed by ADC Builders and Developers, the structure yields 15 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $109,715 to $218,010.
Residences come equipped with name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes, and air conditioning. Amenities include parking and and an elevator. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove, heat, and hot water.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,200 for incomes ranging from $109,715 to $181,740, and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,700 for incomes ranging from $126,858 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 20, 2025.
