Caliendo Architect and developed by Woodland Developments under the Dakota United Group LLC, the structure yields 34 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 12 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $106,320 to $227,500.
