Located at the intersection of Redfern Avenue and Birdsall Avenue, the corner lot is near the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue subway station, served by the A train. Newday Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 14,713 square feet designated for residential space.
