Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1600 Lexington Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Located between East 101st Street and East 102nd Street, the lot is one block south of the 103rd Street subway station, served by the 6 train. Peter Park is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 9,690 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 807 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 20-foot-long rear yard, and mezzanine levels on the fifth and sixth floors.
L+Z Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

East Harlem, not the Upper East Side.
Harlem generally starts from 110th st so this isn’t wrong
Actually, East Harlem starts at 96th street. You maybe referencing Central Harlem, which starts at 110th street.
