Strategic advisory firm Geller & Co. has signed a new lease at 99 Park Avenue, a 26-story office tower owned and managed by Global Holdings in Midtown, Manhattan. Following the launch of a $30 million capital improvement program, the firm will relocate its New York headquarters from 909 Third Avenue to occupy 45,290 square feet across part of the ninth and tenth floors.
The recent renovation, designed by architecture and interior design firm VOCON, includes a redesigned lobby façade and new amenity spaces such as a speakeasy and a golf simulator. Completion is expected in 2026.
“The cachet of working on Park Avenue remains as corporate businesses continue to look for dynamic and progressive workplaces in convenient locations,” said Craig Panzirer, SVP and director of leasing, Global Holdings. “Today’s lease signing and the overall momentum at the building is a testament to our investment. 99 Park Avenue offers everything needed to enhance the workday experience and leading businesses and corporations are taking notice.”
Transit nearby 99 Park Avenue includes Grand Central Terminal, offering trains out of and around the metro area.
