Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use building at 15-65 Clintonville Street in Whitestone, Queens. Located between Locke Avenue and the Cross Island Parkway, the lot is closest to the Flushing-Main Street subway station, served by the 7 train. Josephine Valenza-Aragonesi of SV Building Services Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 34-foot-tall development will yield 4,498 square feet, with 4,155 square feet designated for residential space and 343 square feet for community facility space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 692 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and six open parking spaces.
Gino O. Longo is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
