Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 18-15 Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens. Located between Morse Court and Mott Avenue, the lot is near the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue subway station, served by the S train. Ami Weinstock is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 94-foot-tall development will yield 77,628 square feet, with 62,947 square feet designated for residential space, 8,866 square feet for commercial space, and 5,815 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 93 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 676 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, 18 enclosed parking spaces, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

JFA Architects and Engineers is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
