Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 87 Carlton Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Located between Park Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, the lot is closest to the Fulton Street subway station, served by the G train and the Lafayette Avenue station, served by C train. Aviv Ben Avi of AB+R Construction Corporation is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 49-foot-tall development will yield 4,982 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 830 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 45-foot-long rear yard.

Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates Inc. is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will not be needed as the lot is now vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
