Construction is finished on 150 Noll Street, a five-story mixed-use building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Designed by RSLN Architecture and developed by Yechiel Stern under the Noll Street Realty USA LLC, the 54-foot-tall structure spans 92,086 square feet and yields 78 rental units with an average scope of 700 square feet. The project also includes 5,138 square feet of ground-floor community facility space, a cellar level, and enclosed parking for 44 vehicles. The property is located between Wilson and Central Avenues.

The following photos show the completed look of the red brick façade, grid of floor-to-ceiling windows, and balconies with black metal railings. A setback extends the full length of the building at the fifth story, and the structure culminates in a mechanical bulkhead lined with a brick parapet and metal railings. The most distinctive feature is the use of rectangular arched openings in the brickwork above the entrance and windows for the ground-floor frontage.

Dave, come on now, what in the good lords universe is wrong with balconies 🤔🤷😅, rhetorical question Dave☮️🌎, my only “qualm”, per say, is that being a construction worker myself, perpetually priced out of the nyc mkt, etc, with all the effort expended doing site prep, foundational systems, etc,🤔!😮!;why not optimize “economies of scale” and GO HIGHER!?, more units, maybe some more “affordable” options to the meager stock available🌳, just say’in

  3. Nice Job
