The affordable housing lottery has launched for 91 De Sales Place, a four-story residential building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Designed by BTE Design Services and developed by Yuda Furth, the structure yields ten residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $93,018 to $140,000.
Amenities include a shared laundry room and pet-friendly policies. Units are equipped with hardwood floors, air conditioning, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Rent includes all utilities.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there are two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,713 for incomes ranging from $93,018 to $140,000.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 19, 2025.
