“…the lot is near the Main Street subway station, served by the 7 train”
Who comes up with these descriptions? Yeah, it’s “near” the 7 train, if you’re willing to walk for 3 miles/1 hour, or walk to a bus stop, wait for the bus, then 25 min (at least) on the bus to get to Main & Roosevelt.
Ridiculous.
Vanessa-BOT did it again.
This is not Flushing. It’s College Point. It is literally miles from the Number 7 Train.
The rezoning was approved for a 65′ tall building including all rooftop add-ons, not 74′.
The comments help me to understand why this lot has gone undeveloped. Thanks.
While planes usually do not fly directly over College Point, the heights of structures there are limited due to the proximity to LGA.
