Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 15 Sumpter Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Patchen Avenue and Fulton Street, the lot is near the Utica Avenue subway station, served by the A and C trains. Ardit Dekaj of Accrete Construction Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 51-foot-tall development will yield 7,143 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 15 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 476 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Paul Christakos Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
