Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 304 Franklin Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Clifton Place and Lafayette Avenue, the lot is one from the Classon Avenue subway station, served by the G train. Nick Dragonetti is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 11,199 square feet, with 10,008 square feet designated for residential space and 1,191 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 714 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar.
ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
