Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 541 Bay Street in Stapleton Heights, Staten Island. Located between Prospect Street and Wave Street, the lot is a short walk from the Stapleton subway station, served by the Staten Island train. Alexander Levin of Epsilon Enterprises Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 83,833 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 92 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 649 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse, basement, and ten enclosed parking spaces.
Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates Inc. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
