Designed by Sander Williams Architect and developed by YO-TA Holding LLC, the structure yields 14 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $103,680 to $261,170.

Amenities include a shared laundry room and an elevator. Residences feature washers and dryers, air conditioning, patio or balconies, smart controls for heating and cooling, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,750 for incomes ranging from $103,680 to $189,540; one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,250 for incomes ranging from $125,932 to $227,500; and two three-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,475 for incomes ranging from $137,246 to $261,170.

    You people should look up the dedication of low income you keep calling these appartments low income but the last time I checked those numbers do not look like low income to me just saying

  3. These units are not for people who make average income. They are for high income folks.
